Cheapest digital inputcard for pc?

What's the cheapest digital soundcard? If it has midi that's a big bonus.

I wanna sync my VS1880 with my pc and digitally bounce tracks back and forth...
 
Yeah.... Been checking there already. The audiophile would be perfect, but a little above budget already and I need to upgrade my pc for that. Oh my. Looking into all this is gonna cost me. I just feel it. Damn.
 
You can get cheap 16 bit cards all day long. At one time, I had 3 installed at once - they were 15 bucks a piece (with SPDIF digital ins). You can get an Emagic Audiowerk 2 card (18 bit digital) at GC for $30. 24 bit, you're looking at a Delta. If you're used to a VS1880, then 16 bit would be a dissapointment. I'd look on Ebay.
 
You can get a Delta Dio 2448 for $89, but its 24 bit 48khz max......
