If I got this card how would it interface with the following equipment:

1. Beri 602a mixer

2. DMP3

Like how would I hook it up? Or does this card only interface with digital optical equipment? Would I need a mixer that has a digital output?

You wouldn't. This is for use with outboard A/D converters, that have a lightpipe out, or use with ADATS.
