CD Buring Question

I've been burning test CD's on AA 1.5. The disks run well on the home stereo and portable CD player. But it skips and stalls in the car stereo.

Is this a disk formating problem. Is it the type of disk I'm using (CD-R music only memorex and napster)

Thanks in advance

A bit scarce info. But if it plays on some players and not on others, then at least the disc is readable and in the correct format. (Unless you burned it as mp3 and both your home stereo and portable are mp3 compatible.)

Some suggestions:
- try another application to burn the same .wav files
- try burning at a lower speed (since you didn't give more info on it, it is hard to be more specific) let's say x4 or x8 (maybe x16)
- try a different brand of discs. Some players are a bit more sensitive, and this can be a combination with the writing speed.
