Can't open any presets in NI Massive

I have version 1.1.3.001, and all the presets on there used to work. Now all of a sudden something's happened, and whenever I try to open Massive and load a preset, it closes the window aswell as my Cubase 5 DAW altogether. I tried it on a different DAW and same result - all my other vst instruments work fine, and I can actually open Massive and create my own patches, I just can't access any presets or any saved patches that I've made. Help? :confused:
