Can't hear audio files on VST 5

hey guys, I just installed Cubase VST 5. I'm running an Emu 0404 card. On the sample song they provide, I can hear the midi tracks but cannot hear the audio tracks. I check to make sure I have the correct driver for the card. What am I doing wrong? HELP!!!!!!!!!

For anyone reading this message later, I've found the problem. Make sure your ports are set correctly on the VST inputs menu. I had my mixer running throught the right port for stereo, however the I did not have it highlighted in the VST inputs menu.
