hi all i bought an avid eleven rack on ebay and its the first build series. it has plenty of presets but most of them are clean and the distortions just plain suck... heres the problem, when i try to change the settings for a preset such as the amp head and cabinet, nothing changes at all. the tone stays exactly the same. i have tried factory reset and that did nothing. please tell me why this is? also for the mics, nothing changes.
on another topic, is it possible to add more presets to the eleven rack even though its not with pro tools? can i buy the expansion for my model and have it work? i think its a 1.3.5 or something like that.
