A) How would i plug that into my compter
You plug it into your MIDI port. If you don't have one, you get one like this:

B) When i plugged it in, would i be able to use it as a synth? How would i go about doing that
Yes. You need software that will make sounds. Soundfonts or VSTinstruments.

C) I have a behringer V-amp2, i heard you can use that for midi sounds; but how...
No, the v-amp can have it's CONTROL settings changed via midi, but it cannot make sounds. Midi can do more than sounds, it can be used to tweak knobs and settings, too...

Someone please explain the whole concept of midi to me! THANKS!
Sure. That'll only take a couple hundred pages. Here someone's already done it.... Spend $8:

Here's some web reading:

I remember in the audio school days my MIDI teacher saying, "MIDI....Mindless Idiots Doing the Impossible".

He was right, cause I'm a great engineer with a bright future, but I can't figure out midi to save my own life.

I guess midi is like my kryptonite. So I suppose I give anyone who ventures into MIDI (both basic and complicated) some serious mojo points.

MIDI is a remarkably simple protocol. Really.

It just takes a little work to grasp the initial concepts. Once you learn those, then extrapolating the rest becomes a breeze.

A small correction. That model is a USB controller. It plugs into a USB port on your computer. The MIDI data flows in and out by way of the USB cable.

There is a MIDI port on the controller through which you can control other MIDI equipment.
