Can I get my VSTs to automatically open with "Pitch" midi effect on them?

Hi people. Just like title says. I work a lot with keyboard splits, for wich I always need to move octaves up or down, so I would love to just open vsts and pitch were already there.
Is there someway I can automatize that? Thanks in advance!

Create a Template - what DAW are you using? - and where are your snyths?= In the Computer or stand alone?

Im on Ableton, I open and manage my vsts from there (split, layer, octave moving,etc)
