Cable Question

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I have no idea where it should go, hence the newbies forum.

I want to get a cable that has 2 mono quarter inch jacks on 1 end, and 1 stereo quarter inch jack on the other, with obviously each mono jack connected to the different sides of the stereo jack. So, does such a thing exist, and what would it be called?
