Burning CD's with Digi 001

I recorded and mixed a song with the Digi 001 (sounds ok for trail demo) but I can't burn the CD. I've reviewed the manual, but it doesn't tell me how to burn the CD.

Can anyone explain to me how to burn a CD using the Digi 001 in a language I can easily understand? Preferably, step by step.

P.S. I've never burned a CD before. (Not even an MP3!)

You cant burn straight from the 001 a CD unless you have a mac and the correct software that is for mac only.

Bounce the tracks to a wav file using PT.
Go to > file > Bounce to disk > Choose the folowing options - Stereo (one stereo file) - none- 16bit and
click "Bounce" > Save it were you want and now you
have a wav file.
Do you have the mp3 option in PT ? (it doesn't come
with a 001 package.....you have to buy it ).

Then answer sonusmans questions.
