Bunch of Odd questions

Is there such a thing as voice to midi software or hardware? If there is, is it crap or does it work well. I like to use my voice to write complicated rhythm parts. I'm not so good at reading or writing down rhythms that I hear. Does anybody know of any tutorial software that helps you to get better at reading rhythms?

I know I used to have a program that converted whistling to midi -- I seem to remember it worked for any sort of tone as long as the note was pretty clear (I think I tried to transcribe guitar with it, I can't remember how it worked though, it was a long time ago). I'll do some digging and see if I can remember what it was called.

hmm... not sure if this is the one, but it might work -- it says you can sing, whistle, piano, etc., etc... probably worth a look (they have a demo copy available).
