Built in bass Trap?

As a thought wouldn't be as simple just to build "super chunks" or the like in the construction phase? instead of adding afterwards? I'm trying to decide on 2 designs and will begin struction in novemeber...and it kinda occured to me..

suggestions, thoughts?

You can certainly do them during the construction phase but you'll still want the drywall behind them for proper isolation.
