building a room

i guess this belongs in the rack since the room is an important piece of equipment.

i'm building a room on a pre-made foundation (15'x30'). i can do anything with the room except change the dimensions. does anyone have any links to sites, threads, or books that can lead me in the right direction for this room?

it's gotta be a big room because it's for band practice and recording, so 5 guys and equipment have to fit in there.
