Any of you folks with the BR 1180 used the "mastering features" they mention in the ads. If so, how is it.

i have had one for about a month now..they are really easy to use ..you can mess with every thing while its playing back to see what it actually sounds like in real time..how ever now bear in mind this is my first rec. so i dont know how things are SUPPOSED to work but..you have a ton of options in the "mastering"..section ..cutting boostin freq..but in order to utilize the master sect you have to be mixed down onto 2 tracks so they are pretty much "global"..tweaks...if you want to boost say 22khz to add punch to your bass drum anythng else in that range gets the same treatment too..maybe i just havent figured it all out yet ...but all in all im extremely happy w mine

Thre's a 4 band EQ you can access during recording as well.
