A friend of mine is selling his Boss dd-5 and i've always wanted that delay. He is selling it for $120. BUT, for $220 i could have the boss DD 20 that has way more features?
anyone has any opinions on eather one of them that could help me decide?
The features are nice (I have both), but if you only use one delay, get the cheaper on. The 4 (5 if you set up the set up) presets are very handy if you like different kinds and lengths of delays. I don't use it very often myself cuz I only use a slapback most of the time. Come to think of it, I'll sell ya my dd20 if you are interested pm me
it's the hundred dollar question. dd20 is really awesome. and i would say sounds better than the dd5. actually what i really mean is that i don't really like the sound of the dd5 on everything and the dd20 gives you some other options for things that you don't want a straight digi delay sound.
