Hey i'm new to this recording thing but what better place to start then in newbie section. ok so my friend sent me this program Cool Edit Pro 2.0 which all i do is record 1 track.....i would do more but dont know where to start. my question is: for a starter (which i think my lvl is about as low as it goes) is there any books or guides or sites that i can drain some form of help? i go through this forum but i figure everyone has atleast some exp. Also the way ive been recording is using this cheap electric piano that plays drum beats and me w/ guitar and vocals and a tape player......yea ghetto but it works.....i guess thats why my friend sent me the program. but is Cool Edit Pro 2.0 a good one to start with?
