and where would i find one// also maby you can help w/this,,,,i'm coming from the roland school where i would use 3 x vs-880's synced w/mmc the last in the chin i would set a midi clock sync mode and never had any problems///when i try and sync the 880 to the alesis the only way i get anything to happen is w/ the 880 set on "internal" which iz confusing cuz to my way of thinkin' it should be external(since the 880 iz essentialy the slave////////PLSE HELP! thanx in advance, da doctah

Sorry... I should have been clearer...
...what I had said was (now expanded):
"I would use a software package (such as Cubase) to sync a drum machine, instead of trying to sync a drum machine directly to the HD24......
The HD24 would sync to the software, and then the software drives the drum machine and any other midi devices you like..."
