Im using adobe audition now and i only have the options for 16bit -> 32 bit recording. My soundcard can go up to 24bits, which isn not available in audition.
Woult it be worth to track in, for example, sonar, and then convert the files to 32bit so i can load them in audition ? Or is the actual difference not really audible for a beginning homerecorder ?
I haven't got a superfast pc, so could i acctually work with, up to 16 tracks at 32 bit ? i have 192mb ram, 800Mhz Intel Processor
