im really having trouble creating decent bass sounds recently. i know how i want it to sound in my mix, but im not certain how to create the sound i want.
every time i mix, the bass never sounds a fat as i want it to. im particularly interested in instrumental hip hop, and artists such as dilla and flying lotus. flylo in particular, i know uses ableton to mix some of his tracks.
