Best way to check your rooms frequency response?

Umm so basically the question is in the title but to clear anything up I want to put up some acoustic treatments. The thing is I want to know the before and after frequency response so I can tell if there is a major improvement. I know I will be able to hear it but I kinda want to know what it really looks like.

I haven't used it myself but have seen it recommended here and there..
