Best setup for a Mix-Minus for phone recording

I'm interested in doing some phone interviews. I've been looking into mix-minus setups and it looks like I'll need a mixer with aux inputs and output as well as a hybrid box. Currently I have a TASCAM US-144 MkII interface and an AT2020 XLR mic. I'm running Audition 3 on a win 7 64 bit machine with 12 gb ram. I also have Audacity if that works better for this.

Two items I've looked at are the CircuitWerkes MicTel as the hybrid and the Mackie 1202-VLZ3 mixer. Should this do the trick? Are they compatible? Am I forgetting anything? Also, would the mixer replace the TASCAM as an interface as well or do I still need the interface?

Would you suggest a different option. I'm only recording spoken voice with a total of two or three people at a time.

I would record to my Zoom H4n.

Thanks for your help.
