Best of Moogyboy (so far)--Show Me

Spotted the jar of change! Haha it sounds cool.

I think the mix is okay. But the song sounds like it's only half done to me so it's hard for me to really evaluate it. The sitar-sounding guitar is a cool choice. The mic pops I might compress a little, the transients on it are a little jarring to me. Pretty neat stuff, kind of takes me back to college renfaire. :)
 
Unfortunately the multitrack project file for this song got wiped out along with everything else when my Windows XP box committed hara-kiri, so this stereo mix is all that's left. But whatever you guys can tell me is useful for future projects even if I can't go back and apply it here. Glad you liked, though. I will try a remake sometime. That "sitar" btw is an antique open-back banjo, played the wrong way of course. Love that effect!

It didn't hold my attention. Needs a full arrangement. That bass drum or whatever it was, was out of time in places.
