best midi keyboard for this budget and price range?

for a keyboard that would fit my budget and my needs, and i think my best bet would be the M-Audio Ketstation 88 es.

This is what I've been looking for:
- USB capabilities
- 88 keys
- Weighted Action (Although the M-Audio is only semi weighted)
- Velocity capable
- Controllers
- Pedal Inputs
- Cheap

Would this be the best deal being that I can get it for somewhere in price range of 150-199 or do you guys know of something better with all that I need?

I use the m-audio 61es, does a great job paired with my m-audio audiophile 192 soundcard. Very happy with the combo!

There are no new controllers with weighted action in that price range (start about $400), maybe something used.
