Best harmonizer for me for the money?

All my recording is done on my PC. I run an Alesis Midiverb III where I punch my mic, for vocals, and line-out of my Peavey Vypyr for my guitar in and then stereo out to my recording PC. I am wanting a good harmonizer and that work for both my vocals and guitar, and possibly have a pitch stabilizer? as well. Any recommendations?
