Best Computer Recording Effects

Wow I just purchased some of Waves software that included fxchorus , fxreverb, etc. This has to be the best efefcts package ever!!! Does anyone know of any vst or other effect pacckages that are equal or better to the products offered by www.waves.com?
 
effects, not really. I but I know Waves, Timesworks, and Sonic Solutions prolly make the best plugs/software out there for audio.

those 2 are DSP card based...

can't forget PSP...makes the best plug-ins for native land IMO
