bass trap density

how dense do bass traps have to be and is there such a think as too dense ?

i have rung arround a few places and can get some that is 60kg/m3 and some that is 200kg/m3,is 200 too high that the sound can not penatrate it and bounces back off it or is it moore effective than say 100kg/m3

i noticed that you went for floor to ceiling bass traps is this the best way of doing it or does it make no difference ?
 
Most rooms have 12 corners. The more total corner surface you treat the better, always.
