The Korg MS2000 has great bass sounds. Easy to edit too.

I assume that you're looking for analog types, right?

Then there's a lot of models to chose.

Waldorf Q

Take a pick, easiest is to go down to your music store and try some brands.

PS. This is a teezer. Yamaha DX7 used to be popular for bass sounds.

Sequential Circuits Pro-One.
Yeah, I know, vintage, expensive no midi. But it's PHAT.
I miss the one we had. Although I made a reasonable fake of it with my Nord Modular.

My advice for analog or virtual analog bass synths: Make sure it can sync one oscillator to another. Synced oscillators can make some heavy noises.
