Around what time peroid did people start running bass cabs DI? I love to run them both, but more often than not i dont use the di track at all- it just sounds more natural to my ears without it. I assume that the bass sounds on my fav 60's records are just miced but i could be wrong. But I know there are manty people who just run bass DI. Bassically I was just wondering what was the history of DI boxes when did they become a satple in the studio? -i hope this is not to far off the mic topic- just thought id ask you guys because I LOVE YOU GUYS.
