Basement okay to keep recording equipment?

I get the best sound when I record in my basement, so I'd like to keep all of my equipment down there the majority of the time. The basement tends to get really humid, so we have to use a dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. When the dehumidifier runs full blast, it stays pretty dry down there.

This is the stuff I'd be keeping down there:

- Tascam 414mkII
- AKG C-4000 B condenser mic
- Ibanez TCM50 acoustic-electric guitar
- microKORG synthesizer
- Fender Frontman 15G amp
- various cables

I keep the mic in its foam encasing when I'm not using it.

The worst thing for instruments is rapid changes in climate, especially sudden drops in humidity. Set your dehumidifier at 50% relative humidity and leave it there. 40% is probably ideal for instruments, but I like it a little higher to cut down on static.
