Barely used V67M for sale

What does the last M represent ?
Im reading good reviews on the V67 G but nothing about the M version.
As far as I can tell this is a $100 mic retail correct ?
 
'M' means its in a black casing instead of green & gold ('G'). It's the same mic. I paid about $120 before the big price drop. I think they run about $100 now.
