Help! Just installed a Barcus Berry Planar Wave System Model 4000 in a Yamaha baby grand. Sounds highly percussive with a very middle-range frequency response. Very brash. Missing a lot of the warmth in the piano's tone. Have tried installing where Barcus Berry recommends -- also every other "reasonable" location -- and a few unreasonable (lid of piano, leg, piano bench . . . not really, but at this point, just might try it!) Any ideas or comments? All of the articles/reports I've read give the Model 4000 such glowing reports. I'm a newbie (as you can tell), but would appreciate any positive feedback or ideas! Thanks!
