Balanced 1/4" to RCA?

hi peoples, i'm using an maudio audiobuddy into an audiophile card and wanted to know if there's a such thing as a 1/4" (from audiobuddy) to RCA (maudio audiophile input) in a balanced cable. I'd hate to use an unbalanced signal if i don't have to..

second question: if anyone is familiar with the audiobuddy... it has two channels and phantom power, now if i'm running one phantom powered mic and one non-phantom powered mic would it fry my non-phantom powered mic?

1: radio shack, rca is never "ballanced"
2: no, unless you have a classic ribbon mic, then maby
