Bad Lexicon Omega Problem

I am using a Lexicon Omega interface and everytime I record something I get a real bad fuzzy sound that messes up the recording. It doesn't matter if it is a vocal recording or a direct input instrument recording it does it everytime. It doesn't matter whether I am using Audacity or Cubase either so I really don't know what the problem is.

I'm hoping it is something I can fix but I might have to send it back.

I could really use some help on this one.
