Backward Guitars ?

I used to be able to record backward guitar on my old Tascam Portastudio by flipping the tape over and hearing the backing track backward, etc....it was a cool effect.
Now I have my Tascam 788 Digital portastudio and don't have a clue how to get a backward track............any advice out there ???

Check the manual. There might be an option to do it. If not, import the track to a computer and flip it in some software (Audacity can do it, I think), then shoot it back to your recorder.

It's not exactly the same but you might try an effects pedal on the guitar--maybe somthing like a reverse delay.
