So have any of you picked up some of these yet? I've got a real burning desire for a pair of these little guys. It appears that will be releasing a powered set shortly with a 40 watt amp for around 150 bucks more bringing them up to 350 clams. Not sure if I'll go that route or not. I have a feeling that with all the very good reviews of these real world check monitors that the 199.00 street price per pair might not hold.

I have a pair (unpowered). They do quite nicely for checking midrange and are suitably trashy. I got them as part of a group buy for $160 or so about a year ago.
