Got a set of the M-50s and they are interesting.
Each can swivels for whatever reason. You can listen to them hanging on your keyboard stand with each can facing you like a pair of small speakers; or, as normal, swivel them back and put them on your cabeza.
The M-50s have a large image of sound. And, they project highs/lows quite well. The cans are very comfortable.
I got several prices from different vendors. Best price was 149.00 pezzutos which included shipping.
I'm not getting rid of my Beyer 250s yet. I have used Beyer cans for a long time.
Although the M-50s kind of state in their promotional ads that they can be used for mixing, I won't be doing that, of course.
I'm sure there are several brands of cans that deliver quality to the ears; thus, it becomes a matter of preference, like most gear.
Cheers,
