audio motherboard

I'm bulding my audio machine.
I work in restoration enviroment and my tools are Sound Forge 6 with some plug ins like NR 2.0, DSP\FX . WaveLab 3 from steinberg and Clean last version.
I looking for a good motherboard for P IV no audio incorporated cause I've a nice card from Midiman Delta series and I don't like that consumer stuffs that bring to us in this days inside mohterboards to play games or for internet gadgets.
I want a really big momma for audio, with many USB ports and a lot PCI slots,

As long as it's possible to disable the onboard soundcard (most likely to be the case), then don't worry about it...

ASUS A7N8X deluxe mobo with an Nforce 2 chipset is a wonderful foundation for a audio rig!
