I have not used Cubase VST in a few months--since I got a Tascam TSR-8-- and am having dropouts in the songs I recorded. There is a half second of silence every four bars or so.
Anyone out there have any solutions? Thank you very much.
TSR-8 is wicked machine. What has changed since you last you used Cubase and now? You didn't change any hardware or install different software or anything? Using the right sound card driver in the multimedia/ASIO/MME setup in the Steinberg Folder, auto insert is off for your CD-ROM under device manager? Can't think of much for this one, it worked fine before and nothing has changed.. defrag/scandisk?
