AT MB4000C or KP-STUDIO KitPak

Any opinions on:

Audio-Technica's MB4000C?

It's a handheld condenser.

I think it's also the mic that comes in their KP-STUDIO KitPak.

I have the mb4000c. I think it is a pretty good mic. Pretty transparent and a good low money mic. I even used it on a couple of vocals once to control outside sound. It isn't a nuemann, but it is a good mic.
