Attention anyone wishing they had the convenience of ASIO drivers for on-board sound chips (pretty much everyone with a laptop I should think!).
This is the second generic ASIO driver to my knowledge (the first, ASIO2KS seemed to get frozen in the Beta stage).

It's free, and is a simple plug-in to an existing WDM driver.
Won't work with 95/98 .VXD drivers.
Will be 48K only if the soundchip is "locked" like Creative ones.
Tried it on the C-media (CMI8738) chip in my wifes PC and it seems happy Played B4 Standalone ok under ASIO.
Worth a try I think as it can't do any real harm.
