I have a roland xp-60 and a mo-phatt sound module connected to my MPC2000.

My question: How do I turn off tracks in the roland??? I know how to turn off tracks in the mo-phatt, but everytime i try to use these two pieces together, The roland always starts playing it's own sound and it sounds CRAZY!!!

Please help,

you can use them at the same time but you have to put them on the midi a and midi b. plug midi in and midi out of roland to midi out a and midi in 1 of the mpc.then midi in and midi out of the mo phatt to the midi out b and midi in 2. in the seq screen move the cursor to drum, change it to midi 1-16 a for the roland and 1-16 b for the mo phatt. make sure the local settings of each module is turned off. this way you can use both with out turning either of them off or down and mute tracks in the mpc. let me know your set up if this doesn't help

Thanks for your reply!

Last thing though, How do I dump to my protools le??? I was using the out midi b of my mpc to go into protools.

Thanks a Million!

I have the Mpc, Mo-phatt, Xp-60 and protools le.
