Sigma, can you answer a question for me? How many S/PDIF inputs does the 2480 have? I'm using 1824CD right now, which is really OK, But I would rather have everything go in digiral and bypass its A-D converters. Unfortunately, the 1824 has only one S/PDIF in, and for some stuff I need 3 or 4 tracks simultaneous. I'm considering the 2480 as an upgrade.-Richie
BTW, congrats on your machine. Just give it a good signal from an outboard pre, and it will give you excellent sound.
