Anyone familar with Digitech 2120 Artist?

Hi Tweakberry here!, I'll give a full introduction later so please forgive me as i'm almost
late for work and this is driving me batty, and i cant find an answer on google and it
appears there are no 2120 forums that i can find that are active anymore

In the 2120 specs it mentions this....

Output connectors: 2 1/4 inch TRS plug balanced
Output nominal level: -10bdv, +4dbu switchable

- is there a default output level and what is it?
- what do they mean by switchable?, i cant find any hardware or software
options to switch back and forth between levels

my sound card has options for +4db, con, and -10bd, i am assuming that
i should choose +4db for my cards input, but im confused on what i should
do on the 2120 end

again ill give a better introduction later, i just pulled my 2120 out of storage and
ive been up since 5am trying to get things configed right for best sound and im
confused on this, thanks for your expert advise, off to work.............

I don't know why it says switchable because it isn't. Just plug it in and adjust your sound card for the best signal to noise ratio. I've had mine since 1999 and never worried about the nominal output level spec.
