Hi,
Had been mixing in SONAR 4 - just purchased SONAR 5 producer and OZONE 3. (Birthday next week).
Will load up SONAR 5 this week - but have not yet received OZONE 3, and wondering if I need it or how good it is.
In past recordings, I found that while each track was EQ'd the way I wanted, and everything sounded very good when listening to all tracks together - when I created a Mixdown for CD I lost the presence or brightness of the song.
It did not jump out at me, kind of lackluster. It was all there but not the way I wanted it.
I was told that I should try OZONE 3 for this, as a pretty good inexpensive "mastering" package.
I am also told that SONAR 5 may have some additional compressor suites etc that could "fix" this - but that is another forum.
So - any ideas on OZONE 3?
Thanks
