I'm not having any luck in the recording forum.
What programs are good?
I've searched on the internet, but what I found hasn't worked yet.

Hmmm, I thought it depends on the brand and type of the cellphone. Any new Nokia will accept 16timbral polyphonic GM standard for ~20 second made with cakewalk. I'm not cell expert, but I heard each brand has their own application software to convert the midi files (and other tasks). I'm not sure...
