Anybody here worked with an Antares AVP-1 ?

I brought up the manual online and it doesn't seem to tell me what I need to know.

Anyway I just bought this on eBay and here's what I'm trying to do. I have this song I finished that has pitchy bass in it. I want to run the whole bass track thru and tune it up. Not sure where to start, I know I have to set the scale I want to use but can anybody talk me through the whole process a bit ?
 
There isn't much more to it than that. You set the scale and play the audio through it. The only problem you might have is the fact that you are trying to pitch correct bass instead of vocals, which is what it's designed for. It might not track the bass very well.
