Any plugins like this?

Hi all so I need a vst plugin that is like digidesigns Time Comp-Exp-Pitch Shift plugin for protools. I want it for just shortening or lengthing notes. I hate it when an acoustic guitar is just a smidge of on the last note which makes it impossible to loop. If there is anything that could adjust the time duration of notes please tell me! Thanks in advance!

Melodyne? Not free but I think it will do the job.

why would you need a plugin to do that? Most DAWs have stretch and shrink.

To Bluesboy, I have melodyne but find that it colors the sound too much and is only good on monophonic sounds and is not suitable for quick corrections. To pipeline, I use Acid Pro 6 which doesn't have it. I spent a lot of time googleing and it looks like I might have to switch sequencers. Anyone have good ideas besides protools that have this stretch and shrink function?
