Another question of Sampling

Ok so

I know that if I grab a specific quote from a movie, and put it in my track as a sample, I can be sued, for using their material.
How about using that quote and reading it, using a little of sfx...?
Is this ok?
Would I be also sued for the content even though I read it?
Is there a length limit?

PLease anyone enlighten me
