Another Newbie recording, looking for feedback :)

Here is my band's newest song, I have had real trouble with this one. Trying to make it sound good and interesting as been a real challenge, so I'd love everyone's feedback and criticism on what works and what doesn't.

I think the vocals should be more up front. I also think you should mic the acoustic guitars and maybe blend it with the metallic sound of a direct input.

In my opinion, first acoustic guitar needs some treatment on the bass band as it's panned to a side. Maybe lowering it a little and sending some reverb to the opposite side or doubling it may solve the problem.
Sidestick really kills the vibe, consider replacing it.
Anyway, looks a good starting point but needs more work.
