I'll fit the crazy sessions in around their work schedule 
But, yeah, I'm in a tricky situation with it being where it is
As I've said, the parents have wanted to build on for a while. For the extra space. It's just a matter of me being fortunate enough that they're thinking that the space is a perfect offering up for a studio/rec area rather than just having it as an empty space... and to get the guest bedroom back.
So if I can put off buying gear for a while and pool my fundage into the build materials I'll feel pretty good about getting a cool space added on that even when it's not a studio and I'm working from a place where crazy all girl sessions can happen it won't look completely wrecked from once being a homestudio.
Which brings me to contacting John. A place that won't look as "street" as my current bedroom setup but will leave them with a nice extra room in the house. Built out of nice acoustic material complete with the finest lave lamps from their loving son, a lava lamp aficionado.
